Dodmoor House Northamptonshire was the chosen venue for Millie and Chris’s wedding back in June this year.
They chose a small group of 5 friends and family that joined them for the ceremony. This wedding only required three hours from my part day photography price list which is set at £150ph.
Unfortunately, the weather was wet on the day, but with Millie and Chris being outdoors people this didn’t matter in the slightest. Plus, I always carry some wedding umbrellas in the boot of my car, just in case!
The Bride and Groom may have had a small wedding party, but there were two special guests that stole the show…
Cookie the dog and Grace the horse were exceptionally well behaved for the photos. It was so lovely for me to be able to do something a bit different.
Having equine and dog photography experience helped on the day and I enjoyed capturing special memories of them all together.
Millie’s dress came from Banbury Bridal and was a perfect fit for her to get on and off Grace. While Chris led and was in charge of Cookie.
Before everyone parted, we got to taste the wonderful cake made be Nanny’ Glad Cupcakes. One of the bonuses of a small wedding party meant there was plenty for me to try too.
Once the cake had been devoured DMA Horse Transport came to pick up Grace from Dodmoor House Northamptonshire. Leaving Millie, Chris and Cookie free to get on their way to Cornwall for the honeymoon.
Thankfully the weather turned for the better the next day, making their honeymoon a much sunnier experience.
A big thank you to them both for choosing me to be part of their special day. I wish them all the love and best wishes for their future together.
Until next time!
