Whittlebury Park Weddings are right on my doorstep.
So when Linda and David asked me to do their wedding photography I jumped at the chance.
They were the first of my three in a row that I did this spring, and it was nice to start close to home.
David and Linda chose my Bronze wedding collection which includes a full day’s photography from bridal prep to first dance.
Linda got ready with her daughter Liv, which made it a very relaxed morning. Then her son Will then walked her down the aisle.
She looked beautiful in her A Phoenix wedding dress from Sugar and Spice Brides in Brackley.
Her hair by Katy at Rocco and Co and make up by LouLaLa, suited the style she had chosen.
I loved the colourful theme with chairs tied in different coloured sashes and I got super excited to find jars of sweet peas on the tables.
Sweet peas are one of my absolute favourite flowers and it was so nice to see Sarah Preece from Rose of the Shires florist incorporate them into the colour theme.
One of the highlights of the day was meeting Linda’s amazing mum who is in her 90’s and suffers from Alzheimer’s.
At one point we were not sure if she would actually make it. Thankfully in the end she stayed the whole day and we managed to get some lovely photos before she left.
Linda and David wanted a relaxed feel to their photographs and I hope I captured that for them.
Thank you to them both for letting me play such a big part of their big day at Whittlebury Park Weddings. I wish them all the best for the future.
Until next time!
